These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Legion LED Trucks, LLC ("Legion," "we," "us"), 1620 Wilshire Dr, Suite 300, Bellevue, NE 68005.

1. Program description

When you opt in through a form, chat widget, or other opt-in on ledtrucks.com, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Legion LED Trucks. Messages may include replies to your questions, quotes, appointment and discovery-call confirmations and reminders, updates about LED trucks, trailers, screens, rentals, software and Total360, and occasional promotional offers. Messages are sent from (831) 315-2205 or another number we use for customer communication.

2. Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
