What ScreenFleet Does

One Dashboard. Four Jobs. Zero Guesswork.

🎚️

Control the Fleet

Under the Hood

The Three Capabilities Advertisers Actually Pay For

Proof-of-Play Reporting

"Did my ad really run?" Answered, Forever.

Every single play writes a record: start and end timestamps, actual delivered seconds, and the truck's GPS position and speed at the moment the ad aired. Trucks lose cell signal constantly — so plays buffer offline and sync when coverage returns, with dedupe protection so nothing is ever double-counted.

  • Campaign, spot, creative, and screen-level delivery reports
  • Contracted-vs-delivered pacing against sold play counts
  • One-click CSV export for client-ready reporting

Sell Slots Like a Media Company, Not a Sign Owner

Route presentations carry tiered ad spots — premium advertisers appear every rotation, entry tiers share rotation frequency — with per-spot dwell times, rotation offsets, and multiple creatives cycling per slot. The rotation timeline shows you (and your advertiser) exactly which creative airs on which cycle before anything publishes.

  • Advertiser & campaign records with contract values and flight dates
  • Creative approval workflow (pending → approved → live)
  • Sequences that chain playlists and presentations by time or rotations

One Click Publishes the Whole Truck

Publishing compiles your layouts, playlists, and schedules into render-ready content for every screen — and players cache media by checksum, so trucks only download what's new and keep playing if the network drops. Pixel-exact layouts mean your odd-sized LED banner renders perfectly, never letterboxed.

  • Multi-zone layouts matched to exact screen resolution
  • Timezone-correct schedules per asset — multi-market safe
  • Stale-content flags so nothing silently runs old creative

FAQ

Common Questions

Can I buy ScreenFleet as standalone software?
Yes — ScreenFleet is now available as a standalone subscription for operators running their own trucks, trailers, or venue screens, regardless of who built them. Start with a 30-day free trial (no credit card required), then choose a plan sized to your fleet. It also remains included with every Legion truck purchase and Total360 license.
What is proof-of-play, and why does it matter?
Proof-of-play is the verified record that an ad actually ran: timestamps, delivered seconds, and the truck's GPS position and speed at the moment of play. Traditional billboards can't produce it, and schedule-based reports only show what was supposed to air. Actual playback logs are what earn advertiser trust — and renewals.
What happens when the truck loses cell signal?
The screens keep playing — content is cached on the player, so playback never depends on a live connection. Play records buffer on the device and sync when coverage returns, with built-in deduplication so your delivery counts stay accurate to the play.
Does ScreenFleet work with venue screens, or just trucks?
Both. ScreenFleet manages trucks, trailers, video walls, poster panels, and TVs from the same dashboard — so an operator running a mobile route and a venue screen network manages all of it in one place.
Do my advertisers get reports?
Yes — you export campaign, spot, creative, and screen-level delivery reports (with contracted-vs-delivered pacing) as CSV and deliver them to your clients. An advertiser portal — where clients log in and watch their own delivery live — is in development now.
