🔧 Engineered for Operators, by Operators
Since 2016, Legion LED Trucks has manufactured custom mobile digital billboard trucks in Nebraska — purpose-built machines engineered for structural integrity, screen alignment at highway speed, and the one thing that actually pays operators: uptime.
Manufacturing mobile billboards
Never converted box trucks
Component lifespan standard
Operators coast to coast
Screens, operations, marketing, web
Single sign-on across the entire stack
Sold separately — because it isn't
From the only licensed U.S. LED truck dealer

This matters more than it sounds. Most sellers in this industry are unlicensed upfitters — you source your own chassis and hope. As a licensed dealer, Legion handles the vehicle, the build, the title work, and stands behind all of it. One accountable party, from chassis to screen.
Built Different
Anyone can bolt LED panels to a used box truck. Plenty do — and their operators pay for it every month the truck sits in a shop instead of running a route.
Legion builds start with a custom-ordered Ford cut-away chassis and a custom structural cage that integrates the screens directly into the framework. The frame distributes weight properly, lowers the center of gravity, cuts suspension wear, and shields components from the vibration and weather that kill converted builds.
Heavy-duty aluminum construction — strength without the weight penalty
Wired to U.S. commercial electrical standards
Rigid frame holds screen alignment at highway speeds
Front- and rear-serviceable panels for field maintenance
Why We Build This Way
Every engineering decision traces back to one operator truth: a screen that isn't on the road isn't making money.
The Conversion Shortcut
Standard box trucks were never engineered for heavy LED loads. The result is predictable: flexing frames, misaligned screens, fried components — and builds that start failing in 1–2 years. A poorly built truck stays in the shop.
The Legion Standard
Custom cage, proper weight distribution, commercial-grade wiring, serviceable panels. Legion builds are engineered to an 8–10 year component lifespan — because a reliable truck stays on the road, and the road is where revenue lives.
"A reliable truck stays on the road. A poorly built truck stays in the shop. That difference is your revenue."
The Screens
Indoor, outdoor, and rental configurations — every screen we build, sell, or rent shares the same component-quality baseline.
Pixel pitch range · P4 standard
NITS with auto-dimming sensors
Weather-rated enclosures
Serviceable panel access

The Founder
Founder & CEO · 20+ Years Building Businesses · 10+ Years in Mobile Digital Billboards
Legion exists because Jerry Teeter has sat on every side of this industry's table: manufacturer building trucks from bare chassis, operator running routes and signing local advertisers, and business builder who developed a mobile digital billboard franchise system before creating the Total360 licensing model.
That triple vantage point shows up in the product. The spare-parts cabinet mounted inside every LED box, the field-serviceable components, the standardized builds — those are operator lessons, welded into the truck.
Jerry also consults for prospective operators nationwide and writes about the industry — because the more people who buy right, the stronger this industry gets.
Beyond the Truck
A truck is hardware. Total360 is the licensing system that turns it into a functioning LED advertising business — scheduling software, maintenance procedures, sales materials, territory control, and route management. No guesswork.

Common Questions
Pricing varies with chassis selection, screen resolution, custom power systems, and your operational needs — which is why we quote builds individually rather than publishing one number. Used inventory offers a lower entry point with immediate availability. Browse current listings on our inventory page or call (402) 817-4497 for a build quote.
Yes. Financing is available through specialized commercial lenders who understand the mobile advertising model. Approval typically depends on business credit and operating history — and we'll connect you with lenders who have funded builds like yours before.
New trucks carry the manufacturer warranty on the chassis plus component warranties on the LED and power systems. Used trucks are inspected before sale, with limited warranty terms documented in writing — no handshake promises.
Most standard Legion units fall below CDL weight requirements, so a standard driver's license is sufficient. If a custom heavy-duty build would cross the CDL threshold, we tell you immediately — before you commit, not after.
Eight to twelve weeks from specification approval to delivery, covering chassis prep, screen assembly, power integration, and testing. Need wheels sooner? Used inventory is available for immediate deployment.
