Live Event Policy

Tickets and payment

Tickets for Legion LED Trucks live events, including Discovery Day, VIP upgrades and companion tickets, are paid in full at registration. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Your ticket admits the person named at registration. What each ticket includes (meals, hotel nights, transportation) is described on that event's registration page and confirmation email.

All tickets are non-refundable

All live event tickets are non-refundable. This includes General Admission tickets, VIP upgrades and companion tickets, and it applies if you can't attend, arrive late, leave early, or have travel problems.

The one exception: event guarantees

Some events come with a written guarantee on their registration page. When they do, that guarantee applies exactly as stated there.

Discovery Day Decide-by-Demo Guarantee: if you attend Discovery Day and don't feel you got your money's worth after the truck demo, tell a member of the Legion team before you leave the event and we'll refund your ticket in full to your original payment method. The guarantee applies to attendees only. It doesn't apply to no-shows, and it doesn't cover travel or other costs.

Sending someone in your place

If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person. Email [email protected] or call (402) 817-4497 with their name, email and phone number at least 48 hours before the event starts so we can update the guest list and hotel reservation.

If we change or cancel an event

We may adjust the agenda, speakers, schedule or venue details as an event gets closer. We'll email registered attendees about any important change.

If Legion LED Trucks cancels or reschedules an event, you can choose a full refund of your ticket or a transfer to the new date. We aren't responsible for travel, lodging or other costs you've paid to third parties, so we recommend refundable or changeable travel when you can.

Travel and hotel

Unless an event page says otherwise, travel to and from the event is your responsibility. When a hotel night is included, we reserve it under your name. Extra nights, incidentals and anything you charge to the room are yours, and the hotel's own policies apply.

Safety and conduct

Some sessions take place in our warehouse and around vehicles and equipment. Please follow the Legion team's safety instructions at all times. We may remove anyone who behaves unsafely or disrupts the event, without a refund.

Photos and recording

We may photograph or record parts of our events and use those images in our marketing. If you'd rather not appear, let us know at check-in. Attendees may not record sessions without our permission.

Educational content, no income promises

Our events are educational. Revenue, cost and pricing figures we share are benchmarks and scenarios from a real operation, not a promise or guarantee of income. Your results depend on your market, pricing, costs, effort and decisions. Nothing at our events is legal, tax or financial advice; talk with your own attorney, CPA and insurance professional before you act.
